Return and Refund Policy – Nature and Herbs

At Nature and Herbs, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. The refund/return window is 30 days from the shipment delivered date.

To initiate a refund, please submit a request by contacting our Customer Support team at natureandherbs@gmail.com. Some items have different refund options depending on the item or refund reason. 

For returns:

·         All returns must be in the original packaging unopened and accompanied by a copy of the invoice or order details.

·         Please ensure the correct item is returned; Nature and Herbs cannot retain items mistakenly sent to us.

·         Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm receipt and notify you of the refund approval or denial.

If your return is approved, a refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 14 days; however, you will be responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund amount.

For exchanges:

·         If you receive an incorrect item(s) due to our error, we will cover the shipping costs for both the return of the incorrect item(s) and the shipment of the correct item(s).

·         To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at natureandherbs@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving the product.

·         We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label and instructions to return the incorrect item. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will promptly ship the correct product to you at no additional cost.

·         Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account again to ensure it hasn’t been processed.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
  3. Reach out to your bank, as there is often a delay in processing refunds.
